CHANA CHAAT
2 cups chickpeas
2 medium red onions (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
2 ripe red tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp coriander (chopped)
2 tbsp imli chutney or plum-chili chutney
1/2 tsp yogurt
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
1/2 pinch chaat masala
Method:
2 cups chickpeas

2 tbsp imli chutney or plum-chili chutney
1/2 tsp yogurt
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red chili flakes
1/2 pinch chaat masala
Method:
Boil chickpeas until tender (use a pressure cooker if in hurry). Add all spices and chutney. Mix well. Now add yoghurt and mix well again. Add vegetables and serve hot with paapri.
