VEGETABLE FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
2  cup rice
1 cup carrots (grated)
½ cup bell peppers  (chopped)
½ cup cabbage (chopped)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon  black pepper
1 cup green onions
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1  tablespoon vinegar
I  tablespoon garlic paste
Oil as required. 
DIRECTIONS
Boil  2 cup of rice and keep aside.
Take  a large sized wok and add 2 tablespoon oil. 
Put  in carrots, cabbage and bell peppers and stir fry for about a minute.
Mix  in salt, black  pepper, chinese salt, vinegar and soy sauce.
Take  off heat and add in the green onions. 
Add  in rice and mix properly with the help of a wooden spoon or a saucer. 
Serves  5 ... :)
