Spicy Chicken Steak
Ingredients
4 breast fillets
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon grounded red chilies
1 egg
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs (as required)
Butter (for frying)
Method
Pound the breast fillets and keep them aside.
Add all the ingredients except the egg and marinate for one hour.
Beat the egg and add half of it to the marinated chicken. Mix thoroughly.
Dip each fillet into breadcrumbs.
Take 3 tablespoon butter and fry steaks on low flame till each side turns golden brown.
Serve with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.
